Q1: How do I unlock premium templates?

A: Unlock premium templates by going to the Rewards Store inside the PM Accelerator app. Check your points, choose the pack you want, and click Unlock. Once unlocked, your premium templates will be available for download instantly.

Q2: How do I use the 90-Day Roadmap?

A: Open the 90-Day Roadmap tab and follow your daily or weekly steps. Check items off as you finish them to update your progress bar. Completing tasks also earns points toward unlocking rewards.

Q3: How do I use the AI Mentor?

A: Open the AI Mentor tab and type your question (e.g., “How do I handle scope creep?”). You’ll get a quick, practical PM answer. The AI Mentor will also recommend the best templates to use based on your question.

Q4: How do I reset flashcards?

A: Go to the Flashcards tab. Choose a category, then press Reset All. All the cards will return to their hidden state so you can practice them again.

Q5: Why can’t I download a template?

A: Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If the link is broken, it will be updated quickly — try again shortly.

Q6: My template link is broken, what do I do?

A: Broken links are usually fixed fast. Refresh the page or return in a moment while updates are being applied.

Q7: Why didn’t my points update?

A: Points update shortly after completing a task. Refresh the page or give it a moment if they don’t appear instantly.

Q8: My flashcards won’t flip, how do I fix this?

A: Try clicking Reset All to refresh the flashcards. If the issue persists, reload the page.

Q9: The AI Mentor didn’t answer, what now?

A: Try rephrasing your question or checking your internet connection. Short, clear PM questions work best (e.g., “How do I escalate delays?”).
